How we do it

Home Automation            Smart House Scenarios            How we do it

Step 1 - Alarm System
A full-featured alarm system is first installed, with the appropriate interior and perimeter protection sensors, shatter detectors, and motion detectors. Home Automation Inc. is the world’s largest provider of home automation control systems. A leader in integrated security and automation products, providing comfort, convenience, and safety for homeowners and businesses around the world. Their product line includes the Omni family of controllers, HAI Web-Link II software for Internet access and control of your automation system, a full line of Omnistat communicating thermostats, and a complete line of accessories.

Step 2 - Structured Wiring
For a new home under construction, we run appropriate in-wall wiring. The lighting, security sensors, audio/video, HVAC is all wired with the appropriate wire types, allowing for two-way communication between certain devices, and the central control panel. For an existing home, we install a device at the electrical panel that allows control signals to be sent over your existing electrical wiring.

Step 3 - Device Installation
In a smart home, in-wall On/Off light switches are typically replaced with intelligent switches that can be controlled by the system. We install any in-wall devices such as programmable dimmer switches, scene selection switches, keypads, cameras, speakers, etc.

Step 4 - Programming
The controller is programmed with various “scenes” and scenarios so that the household systems behave in the manner you wish.
